New Hospital Company & Contact Record Creation
Before You Begin:

Please search HubSpot to confirm the hospital and/or contact does not already exist.

Be sure to gather key info like hospital name, location, website, and contact details (name, email, title, phone).
📝 Form Guidelines:

Fill out all required fields as completely and accurately as possible.

If the hospital has multiple contacts, submit this form once for the primary contact, then add others manually or notify the CRM team if you need help.

Use proper capitalization and formatting (e.g., "Main Street Veterinary Hospital" not "main street vet" or "MAIN STREET VET").

Once you’ve submitted the form, visit HubSpot to:

Verify the company and contact records were created. Sometimes they don't automatically connect, especially when generic email addresses are used (gmail, hotmail, etc)

Ensure the contact is associated with the correct company.
