  • Routine Reports: End of next business day

  • STAT Reports: 2–6 hours

You remain the primary veterinarian and can review findings, recommendations, and treatment options directly with the pet owner.

Our role is to provide advanced imaging and diagnostic insight while keeping your team informed throughout the process. Findings and recommendations are shared directly with the referring veterinarian so you can continue guiding patient care with confidence.

Whether a pet owner contacts us directly or arrives through referral, we immediately coordinate with the patient's veterinary team to gather relevant medical history, laboratory results, and previous diagnostics. 

After imaging is completed: 

  • Images are reviewed by veterinary imaging specialists 
  • Reports are finalized and delivered promptly 
  • Findings are shared with the referring veterinarian 
  • Recommendations are provided when additional diagnostics may be beneficial

This collaborative process helps ensure continuity of care and allows patients to receive timely answers while keeping their veterinary team informed every step of the way.
